Maria is responsible for call management of EU co-funded calls within the Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETPartnership) and programme administration of the Nordic Energy Systems Programme.
Maria has a background in molecular biology and medical research. Before joining Nordic Energy Research, she worked for several years as a research adviser at the University of Gothenburg, supporting researchers in the faculties of Science and IT with proposals and projects within the EU’s research and innovation frameworks (FP7, Horizon 2020, and Horizon Europe).
Maria holds a Ph.D. in Medical Biochemistry from the Sahlgrenska Academy at the University of Gothenburg.
